Thanks to a deep tune-up of our processes, our customer claims rate dropped to 1.39% in 2020 from 1.41% (2019)!

2020 SUCCESS
Technology was a huge help, already having processes in place to allow movers and office staff to work remotely was probably the single most crucial thing that we already had in place.
